Hello,

 

Thank you for your interest in the CaseWeb Branch Case Management System, which is the official UNISON case management product. 

 

Please see below (and attached) for information regarding the sign-up process.

 

Signing Up and Training

 

In order to sign up we will require you to complete the attached branch application and training plan.

 

Once we have received your completed branch agreement, we will arrange training for your key users and discuss your training plan. Please note, we would be unable to proceed with training unless we have a list of intended users on the training plan.

 

Training is conducted online using Microsoft Teams. Once trained, your branch should aim to go live as soon as is practical.

 

Cost and commitment

 

CaseWeb costs £72.00 per month; for branches with less than 2,000 full current members, the cost is £36.00 per month.

 

The payment is deducted monthly from centrally allocated branch funds. This will be identified on the branch funding statement. 

 

Branches signing up are committed for at least six months.

 

CaseWeb demo session

 

An open online demo session, providing an overview of CaseWeb, is available for any interested branches to attend. These sessions normally take place on the second Monday of every month at 2pm, via Teams

 

If the branch would like to attend, please contact the CaseWeb team and we can arrange for a meeting invite to be sent out. 

 

 

GDPR training

 

All branch activists are encouraged to complete UNISON’s GDPR training, if they haven’t already done so, and details on how to do this can be found in the attached document. Branch employed staff should be able to access UNISON’s Staff GDPR training.

Hello ,

 

I am following up regarding your interest in the CaseWeb case management system.

 

You have expressed interest in the system and an Agreement & Training form was forwarded on, we are yet to receive the signed form returned.

 

Could you please inform me as to whether you are happy to go ahead with the Caseweb system at this time, and undertake training? Training takes around 90 minutes and is done via MS Teams.

Final Branch Agreement follow up email


Hello ,

 

I am following up for the final time regarding your interest in the CaseWeb case management system.

 

You have expressed interest in the system and an Agreement & Training form was forwarded on, we are yet to receive the signed form returned. 

 

If we do not receive the signed form in the next two weeks we will return your Branch to Pending status. Your Branch would always be welcome to Register interest at a later date.

CaseWeb Training Email


Hello   ,

 

Thank you for returning the signed form.

 

We are happy to train your branch at your convenience and this is done by MS Teams. 

 

Training will take about 90 minutes and does not need to include all activists, just the prime users. The branch can then cascade training if they wish to add users quickly or we can arrange further training for other users at a later date. 

 

We are currently looking at training session dates in Month. Our Training Coordinators train Monday-Thursdays 11am or 2pm.
