- Case Worker-Accredited stewards can create cases but can only see the cases that have been allocated to them. This includes any cases they create, unless the next level of branch seniority reallocates it to another user.
- Case Admin -Branch level includes BES, WARMS users, branch admin, branch officers dealing with casework for branch wide members. They can see all cases in the branch expect those that have been restricted by the Branch secretary level. They are also able to prepare cases (but not electronically sign off cases) when needing to go to Region. They can also allocate cases to colleagues or accredited stewards.
- Executive -Branch Secretary level includes the branch secretary and usually another officer such as Assistant Branch Secretary or Chair. This level can see all cases in the branch and carry out all actions that the other levels can do. Also they can restrict who can see cases at any branch level. They also electronically sign off cases that need to go to region and they can allocate cases to anyone in the branch including themselves and can print off a full pdf summary of a members case.
