Branches requesting case form password but live on CaseWeb

The online case form records the same information that you would capture if adding a new case directly on CaseWeb. In addition to this, once completed the online case form would be sent directly to Region for processing rather than the branch, as it's meant for branches not currently live on CaseWeb.

In the first instance, as (branch name) is live on CaseWeb, we would recommend capturing the information directly on to the system.

Thanks,

case form password

Hello ,

The password for the online case form is C45Ematter!

We've been asked to remind branches that this password should not be given to the member. The online case form will need to be completed by a branch activist in discussion with the member.

Thanks,

Hello

This is a reminder that you are scheduled to attend the CaseWeb Branch training session taking place next week on Thursday (or Tuesdaydate (2-3:30pm).

If you are no longer able to attend the above training session please could you let us know as soon as possible, so that we may offer this space to someone else.

If you would like to attend and haven’t yet accepted the calendar invite, please could do so at your earliest convenience. Having an up-to-date attendee list will also help prevent any unnecessary delays in arranging your access once the training has been completed.

Please also find attached essential documentation on the CaseWeb system and associated processes.

Please could you read and familiarise yourself with these before attending your CaseWeb training session. Any questions/concerns can be brought up during your CaseWeb training session.

Any users that have not completed their GDPR training will also need to complete this by going to https://e-learning.unison.org.uk/ (direct link : https://e-learning.unison.org.uk/course/view.php?id=42 ). A guide to assist with this has also been attached.

With kind regards

Branch Log on Email (Attach documents Branch user Guides/both and 2FA)

Hello

Following confirmation that you have completed CaseWeb training, I have marked you as trained on the system.

Please can you try the following to access the system:

*We recommend  logging on CaseWeb within 48 hours to confirm you’re able to access the system, notify the CaseWeb Team if you have any access issues.

Go to https://live.caseweb.co.uk and click on Login With MyUNISON. If you have not registered with MyUNISON, you will need to do this first.

You then simply log in as you normally would. This will re-direct you back to the Caseweb site, where it will ask you to enter a one-time passcode. This passcode will be sent to you via email, to the email address used for your MyUNISON registration. A guide on how to change future passcode notifications from email to text message, if preferred, has been attached.

You will also need to have completed your GDPR training if you have not already done so. You can access this via https://e-learning.unison.org.uk/  (direct course link: https://e-learning.unison.org.uk/course/view.php?id=42)

A branch user guide has been attached to this email and covers everything mentioned in the training session. This can also be found in the ‘Document Library’ on CaseWeb.

In addition to this, the training site can be accessed via: https://training.caseweb.co.uk/manual-login

The log in for this would be:

Username: executive1, executive2 or executive3 (Branch Secretary Level)

Username: caseadmin1, caseadmin2 or caseadmin3 (Branch level)

Username: caseworker1, caseworker2 or caseworker3 (Accredited Steward Level)

Password: Caseweb2020

Please refer to the appendix at the end of the user guide for information to use when creating cases on the training site only

If you have any problems, please email any queries to caseweb@unison.co.uk

Thanks,
