1.    Expression of interest, 


        On receipt of an expression of interest in CaseWeb, by a branch:

1.     Send out the expression of CaseWeb information email from Freshdesk


1.    This should include information about CaseWeb

2.    The sign up agreement

3.    link to a demo video


2.     Log into CaseWeb and update the branch status  to "expressed interest" and note that the email has been sent


1. Follow Register of interest follow up procedure

   

2.    Receipt of Sign up  agreement


1.        Log into CaseWeb and record the receipt of the agreement


1.    Upload the email with the agreement attached

2.    Save the agreement and upload to the branch record

3.    Send out request for branches to view training videos and confirm this

1.    Offer branches the chance of clarification by email, phone or brief Teams meeting


2.     Add list of intended users to the user log spreadsheet


1.    Add date of agreement to branch in spreadsheet


3.    Confirmation of training 


1.    Log confirmed viewing to videos on the user log spreadsheet 

2.    Respond to queries via email, phone or Teams

3.    TSW to arrange/book a meeting with branch – liaising with co-ordinator at need


4.         Training Meeting with branch


1.    Establish branch case processes

2.    Answer any final queries

3.    Check on wider training plans and add to CaseWeb

4.    Discuss and agree Go Live date


5.    After meeting


1.    TSW to updates the user log spreadsheet after meeting

1.    Ensure names, mem no and email are known

2.    TSW to update CaseWeb records

3.    TSW to add user to trained access list

4.    Co-ordinator to set branch live on agreed date

1.    Update CaseWeb for status and active branch

5.    TSW to add feedback dates to user log 

1.    Within 1 month after go live – email

2.    After 6 months for personal contact

3.    Log feedback on contact
