The CaseWeb system has been updated to autosave any notes being added in Documents, Notes & Emails every 1 minute.
If a user is typing a note and either gets called away from their desk or has multiple CaseWeb tabs open, the system will now save the note in draft without the Save button being clicked. When the user goes back into the case and clicks on Add note, there will be a green link in the bottom right corner of the notes box advising Restore Draft (date) (time)
When that link is clicked on, it will bring back the drafted note. The user can then continue to type up the note or just click Save to commit it to the case notes. Any draft notes will remain on the case for 2 weeks before they are automatically removed.
