Collective Cases
You can’t change an individual case to a collective, a new collective case must be created and any individual cases created prior must either be closed by the user or be deleted by the CaseWeb Team. Collective cases do not have a lead member anymore, you create the collective first and then add the members.
Individual members within a collective case, can be removed and converted into an individual case (see collective cases instruction - FINAL Collective Cases Instruction August 2024.pdf
Multi branch members in collective cases – A collective case for each branch will need to be created and then linked/tagged together in order to be able to verify each member.
Creating a Tag – Establish the nature of the case and the employer, go into Settings and Case Tags, if there is not one there already, create a new one based on the information around the case, the tag should include the employer name and case type/issue and the year.
There is no limit to how many members can be added to a Collective Case.
