The unassigned email rules are below. With the introduction of the email bounce back rules an email has to have a branch assigned now, if not it will be bounced back to the sender. Any unassigned emails in CaseWeb without a branch will have been received before the bounce back update was set live. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

2 - National - All
3 - Regional User - Should be able to see all emails that are from their email address or from a branch in their region
4 - Executive User - Should be able to see all emails that are from their email address or are from their branch
5 - Case Admin - Should be able to see all emails that are from their email address or are from their branch
6 - Case Worker - Should be able to see all emails that are from their email address
7 - PSU - Should be able to see all emails that are from a PSU user or their own email address
10 - Pensions - Should be able to see all emails that are from a Pensions user or their own email address
